Unique to SCOTT the D30 articulated plates. D30 intelligent shock absorption is a patented shock absorbing material engineered with intelligent molecules. It is a rate-sensitive material, meaning when moved slowly the molecules flow freely keeping it soft and flexible, but at high speeds (like an impact) the molecules lock together making it an excellent shock absorber.
