The Slight 83 womens skis (with E M10 bindings) from Scott Sports. From the newest generation of all-mountain skis. This ski utilises a revolutionary combination of unidirectional and triaxial carbon with a lightweight composite wood core and aramid fibers in a sandwich construction. With a 16m-turnradius, the SCOTT Slight 83 will elevate any skier’s abilities. The pre-mounted M10 binding offers lightweight performance and is compatible with the GripWalk standard.
Benefits:
- Easy turn initiation & smooth turn transition
- Short turn radius on groomers
- Long effective turns for off-piste
- Stable power and precise edge hold
- Lightweight construction
- Better tracking
- Performance tuning
Technical:
- Radius: 14m @158
- Tip/Waist/Tail widths: 122/80/110 mm (@158cm)
- Full ski length air channeled wood core (The Full-Length Wood Core produces a more consistent ski flex and creates a homogeneous transition between the middle section of the ski and the tips. As a result, the core gives you consistent flex and response giving a predictable feel.)
- 3Dimension Sidecut (Combines a tip and tail radii with flat line underfoot. The radii helps to initiate turns whilst the centre of the ski provides stability, edge hold and power. This sidecut improves the pivot point creating a more playful ski.)
- Sandwich Sidewall Construction
- Carbon and Aramid fibers (The addition of carbon in the core increases the durability of the skis and the torsional stiffness making the skis more responsive. Carbon is a great addition to the skis as it has very minimal impact on the weight. Aramid fibers along the bottom of the skis provides dampening to the skis.)
- Pre-track (Allows variable effective edge depending on terrain. The unique shovel and tail geometry offers a smaller effective edge for short radius turns on groomed slopes and a longer effective edge when making bigger turns or skiing off-piste. The result is a more precise, stable and versatile ski).
- Pro-Tip Rocker 250 (Increases stability in deeper snow plus forgiveness).
- Factory Finish (The base is finished off with a stone grind, offering an effective edge angle of 88° resulting from a 1° base and 3° side. The base is finished with a micro structured CNC stone grind so you can mount your skis and head straight for the slopes)
- Bindings: Pre-mounted M10 binding included
